All I can say is it is starting to go down hill. They have the tall female white adult with fake red hair; She is pretty the poor thing is very pretty. She never smiles. Also looks slightly constipated with anxiety. She could be about five foot eight? Now the other empty suite ; He does smile. Yet he was observed sticking his nose into the business of a paying customer. He was heard asking the customer what the customer does for a living. He is described as a male Hispanic adult. With black hair. Now the other new employee with a strong attitude. First of all he does not know how to greet female and male customers with a big smile. He always looks constipated and significantly confused. He dresses like a gang banger. With his Navy blue beanie on. If he wants to wear a hat. The manager should get him a hat. The promotes the : Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. He should wear the hat forward. Not slanted or back ward. With it faced forward. Next : This very same male Hispanic adult has a significant problem referring to paying customers as: Sir , or Ms. Why? Next : This very same at will employee with the Navy blue beanie spends his entire shift talking about nothing productive. Such as none business related . Such as maybe violence and over all street talk. How about stay busy and productive. All women are Ms. All men are : Sir. This is the result of very bad training . If the student failed to learn the teacher failed to teach. However: If the at will employees were instructed properly and still misbehaved, then its grounds for termination. Calif. Labor Code: 2924. Don't look for quantity . Look for quality . The young male Hispanic adult that wears a blue beanie is very unprofessional. We have noticed when female customers arrive: He does not smile. He does not greet them as : Ms. Or properly refer to male customers properly. He speaks as though he is like back in a gang hood. He is also too proud to provide a glass of water with ice to a paying customer. Why? We observed him walk away . When a paying customer asked for a glass of water with ice. To cover for the lame duck the manager let the paying customer use company equipment. This was to justify the bad customer service of the young male Hispanic adult with a blue beanie. It used to be better now its going down hill .Bad customer service. No service with a smile. Bad work ethics bad work ethics . No greeting , no Sir or Ms.

I LOVE CBTL in general, but this place takes the cake! The servers are always so friendly and are really good at making sure my drink is to MY specifications. Wherever I am I try to find a nearby CBTL and go there. LOVE LOVE LOVE CBTL!!!!!
