Great experience , they got the job done quickly and the cost was perfect

A piece of cement flew out the back of one of the Prestige Gunite trucks and hit my brand new car. I called the company and the spoke to the manager of the safety department and was told there was no way cement could have been on one of their trucks. I had my two daughters in the car who witnessed the entire thing. The huge clump of cement hit and broke my flood light and damaged my bumper. There is a sign on the back of the truck that says "Stay back 100 ft." Why do they have this sign on the back of the truck if they say they don't have cement on their trucks? I have never heard of a cement company, which builds pools, that doesnt have "cement" on the truck! Really? The manager said he has everyone calling him claiming their car was also damaged by their trucks and he thinks everyone wants to blame his trucks to get their car repaired for free and that he is not going to pay for my car to get repaired. I told him there are some honest people in this world and that I don't want anything for free that I just want my brand new car to be repaired by Prestige due to cement falling off the back of THEIR truck. This company takes no responsibility for their trucks, drivers or mistakes. They do not serve their community with honesty or integrity. If they treat honest people like myself in this manner, I cant imagine how I would be treated ifI were a customer. I have never made written a review before but Im just so upset and offended that this company would suggest that I'm making this story up to try to get my car repaired for free by them If you are thinking about hiring this company, I would definitely think twice about it. I would choose a more reputable company to give my money to!
