        My family and I went to Panera after church on Mother's Day Sunday and there were a few things missing in my to-go bag. I didn't notice it until I got home. I spoke to David the manager, he was great and told me to come anytime for everything missing and he was apologetic. Today, I called because I was going to get the order and a nice female manager answered, I explained everything to her and she told me to pick it up plus she gave me a free meal. Everything was neat nice.This place has excellent customer service with in regards to the staff and managers. I recommend this Panera Bread. Again, thank you so much and I will host my staff meetings here. I appreciate it all!
