GrandMarc at Westberry Place

While living here I had two roomates that did not even speak english but were from China. They were allowed to move in months before the actual move in date while I was told I still had to wait, and they could take over more and more space. When I actually moved in, the whole apartment smelled like smoke because for 2 months they had been smoking cigarettes in the apartment without management doing anything. I complained multiple times about the smell and management did nothing. The worst was when out of no where the parents of one of the girls showed up and in broken english said they would be staying for 2 and a half weeks. I told management and they only sent an email. The parents were allowed to stay past the 3 and 5 day rule without anything being done until 10 days later. The management doesn't care as long as they get to go home to an apartment that isn't in the Grandmarc.

I had mold in my apartment the entire semester with no help from the management to clear it out. This place needs to be investigated.

The best place to live for a TCU student. Great facilities, living, and staff. There are a ton of amentities that come with living here. It is always clean and is the closest place to campus. I leave my apartment five minutes before class and still get there on time.
