Fort Worth Clean & Green

They stink. My trash pickup is scheduled for a Monday pick up, well it was never picked up. I called the wast company 4 time, and there reply was we will be right out to pick it up. Well they never showed. I notified my HOA and the called the Solid Wast Management of Fort Worth, no response. So I call the Solid Waste management number and speak to Erica, who was absolutely no help at all. She told me that they could not pick up the trash beyond a 24 Hour notice. I replied, That I have been calling since Monday, and she said sorry we can't do anything. I asked for her supervisors name and she transferred me, Erica stated that the supervisor this decision (Gilbert Mesa). I left a message on his voice mail and have not received a return call. So I rate them as lousy.
