        Gene didn't call me back after I talked to him, and then his people showed up unexpectedly the next day. They looked at the bathroom, said their equipment wouldn't fit, did nothing else, voluntarily did not charge me, and left. Then the next day Gene called, angry that I had not paid the trip charge, wanting to come back to my house. I had a plumber on the way, and told him no. Repeatedly. He also threatened to "spread the word" about me, presumably to other plumbers, or perhaps to my uncle who recommended him. Very unprofessional. I gave him one star because "0" was not an option.

        We had an after hours emergency. Gene's provided prompt and courteous service and took care of the issue. I have dealt with numerous plumbers over the last 20 years and I can say Gene's is who I will call from now on.

        Needed an emergency repair on my septic pump on a Sunday. Todd and his partner were efficient, enthusiastic and price wise, very reasonable, especially on such short notice. Went above and beyond the job fixing some other issues for me that they noticed. I recommend them highly.

        wow talk about no service. these guys are inept im glad they never showed up. (another half hour another half hour) who knows what would have happened if they had actualy tried to make an apointment

        Had Genes Sewer Service out about a month ago. Josh and Todd came to my home and cleared my main sewer drain. They were very informative during the process letting me know what was going on the whole time. They even took the time to clean the mess my plugged sewer had left in my basement. Price was very reasonable for all the work they did. I would strongly recommend them for and sewer service you need. Very bright men they have working there.
