Do know how you could complain - big box stores do have people that help unless you ask. Yes supply chain causes some issues but that is happening most everywhere.

Always surprised at what a large selection of products they have. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Always greeted at the door and asked if I need help finding anything. Have had this experience at all the Connolly's Do It Best.

Depends who's working at the time, went in to ask if they had any driveway salt and the guy was pretty rude. Came real close and said something put wasn't worth it. I'll go to Lowes next time.
