I inquired about a vehicle online and was contacted a few days after by Damien Stafford. He was very personable and was able to get my application rolling right then and there. I told him what I was looking for and he asked me to come to the lot and take a look at what he thought I would be interested in. He was able to find the car I wanted and worked his ways in order to make my monthly payment at a comfortable amount for me. He was very understanding and actually listened to what I said concerning my finances, wants and worries. I had a very good experience with him and I would recommend him if you're looking for a vehicle!

Thank you to Big City Cars. My Husband hit the curb turning into the lot.We had two flat tires. The Owner told his guys to take two tires off a car in the back lot and give them to us at no charge. Not only did they do that, but they balanced them too. What kind of Dealership does this, the kind that treats people right when in need. I was in the market for a truck and sorta had an idea of want I wanted, but I knew my budget. I wanted something dependable I could afford and not have to worry about breaking down over other then common maintenance repairs. My budget was that of a single father with children in dance class, swimming classes, and t ball. I refused to take away from my kids hobby to have the nicest truck. Well long story short I drove around looking for a few weeks with every salesman trying to offer me their sales pitch over a truck that was way over my budget or wanted to run me over the coals on my trade in. Last week I made the stop and Big City and talked to a salesman named Chris Noble. Chris worked with me, I told him my budget, and why I needed something very dependable, good on gas and very safe for my little passenger's. For once I didn't feel pressured to buy, he explained the trucks like he built them himself, and best of all he got me into a truck I love without trying to offer me something at the top of my budget. Not often do I write reviews but I truly feel I need to share this with others because there's one salesman I found that deserves your bussiness, he worked hard, very honest, and he truly understands. 1st class salesman THANKS CHRIS NOBLE

I recently bought a van from Brandon Carpenter and it was by far the best and easiest vehicle purchase I've had. They were quick to get me financed and worked with me on my trade. Everyone was super nice and friendly and nobody was pushy to make a purchase. I dreaded getting out every time I'd pull into a car lot but this was the first place where I didn't get that dreadful feeling! I would definitely refer my friends and family to both Brandon and Big City Cars!

My husband and I was looking for a car for our teen age son . We did not have a ton of money to spend .Nicole assisted us in finding the perfect car and at the right price .No pressure and no haggling. Our son is very happy with his new car .

We worked with PK and the General Manager. They were both upfront and honest during the deal. PK was very easy to work with, granted and got approval for some of our requests to fix a few items on our purchased vehicle. I would highly recommend and attest to his integrity. It was a good purchasing experience for us, mostly because of PK.

Hello First let me say I hate car shopping We went to Big City Auto and worked with Sébastien Flat and Matt Kline they took such good care of us and the car buying experience was very pleasant If you do have to do that awful thing of buying a car Go To Big City Auto on Lima Road. Take my word for it cause we have been to dealerships and it wasn't fun

What a refreshing experience...I have purchased nearly 20 cars in my lifetime and Big City Cars was the first to listen to what I wanted vs. the traditional here is what we have. I worked with Matt and Joe on the purchase and everything was displayed to me - no funny business like all of the other purchases I have made over the years. I generally don't finance with the dealership but with the programs they have - beat my bank hands down. We bought a Hyundai Sonata off of them over the weekend. Our sales rep. Damian was very helpful. He made sure that we got everything that we needed. We were able to get financing @ a very low rate.
