Holly Sands Apartments

Holly Sands has been our home for the last two years and we definitely disagree with the review given by ebustormwind, who was apparently a former tenant. anytime we have had an issue regarding our lease, repairs, etc., it has been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner by the property manager herself, along with her maintenance team. we have never seen a rat, nor have we had any issues with any type of insects in our home. as far as the speed bumps are concerned, they are necessary and should be catergorized at a reasonable height or we would have people speeding through the complex all the time. in addition, we have made several friends here and love that the community is pet friendly. it is simply not true that you only hear from management when money is at issue. i do not know of any place where i can walk my dog into the office and the management team loves on him and feeds him treats!!! we feel our rent is reasonable and just renewed for our third year!!! this is home.
