        To whom it may concern-



        My husband and I went shopping Sunday to Coconut Point Dillard's where I found a top I liked, Ralph Lauren. They didn't have my size, the sales clerk called Edison Mall Store where they did have it. They said, "they would put it on hold." The next day Monday May 11, my husband went to the store when it opened. He went to the second floor Ralph Lauren Department with only one girl running around opening registers and trying to help customers, I believe he said her name was "Rita." Rita apologized many times when she was able to help him. Rita had to do a little, lot, searching to find the top but did. I want to thank the clerk at Coconut Point Dillard's and especially Rita at the Edison Mall Store Dillard's for making us a HAPPY CUSTOMER.
