Stellar Concepts and Design

Doesn't send out as many direct mail pieces as they say and won't send proof that they did either.

Over the phone they made me feel comfortable and confident, however when I reached the office I could clearly see how unprofessional this company was. The "kid" they had design my business cards was a joke! I had to give him the whole idea and he didn't do anything himself. I sent him the logo already made and I had to tell him specifices on the images I needed. Usually, a designer sends multiple proofs and the customer would be able to pick and choose... Not this case!! I felt like I designed the dang thing myself and I am NOT a designer!! My logo and other words on the cards weren't even proportionate, or visible. As a professional, he should have been able to tell the size letters he used would be too small for a person to read. Of course, in a computer conformation the lettering looked perfect (thanks to HD), however after being "gang ran", which means they run our cards with another 5,000 other cards, the colors were all distorted!!! My blues looked like whites and the black were SO faded!! I gave them three chances even though everytime I had a bad experience... Thought it might have gotten better, but damn... I should have followed my instinct and ran after the designer showed his lack of skills!!! I will never short my business again by saving a couple of bucks.... I will NEVER go back to them!! Word of advice find another company!!



First time I ever felt SO compeled to write a review. That's how bad it is and now I have 10,000 awfully designed cards lol lesson learned :-/
