        Overall

        Knowledgeable and kind trainer. After a meeting I reseived an email (individual letter !!) with detailed instructions on how to encourage the "good dog" behavior in your everyday life , helpful tools, comments on what we learned this lesson, where there was an obvious improvement and what we need to work on more.
