Surgery Center of Fort Collins

They say they care about patients, but I had to basically have a panic attack before they would listen to me. I had 4 different nurses for a surgery that was less than 1 hour, & I felt like I was on an assembly line. They didn't answer my last-minute questions, got some of the post-op instructions wrong, and made me feel like their main goal was to keep me on a time table. I give them credit for accommodating my "special requests" but the fact that having my husband with me in post-op was a "special request" was concerning. I know the SC doesn't employ the doctors, but my surgeon also didn't tell me that he had to remove something else other than what he went in to do. I didn't find that out until a week later. And he didn't come to see me after the surgery either. I was quite dissatisfied, and I've heard worse stories from friends!
