I've gone to Scotty's three times for different vehicles. Each time they discovered that the work I thought needed to be done, wasn't needed. They sent me home with no or little charge. Another place would have gouged me. Scotty's didn't.

I will be a loyal customer.

Let me start by saying this is the worst place ever as far as customer service. If you have all the time in the world to wait for your parts to be worked on, and an endless supply of money to pay for parts that they screw up and then charge you for time after time, then by all means take your car there. BUT, if you think you are going to get first rate service, reasonable charges and knowledgeable shop staff you are sadly mistaken. First the shop manager will tell you they don't have the time to work on your engine when you call to talk to someone. Then when you actually walk in, they will ignore you while the shop manager continues talking about his personal life. If you call and want to talk to someone you get the answering machine. Don't bother leaving a message because they don't return phone calls. I've had work sitting there for over a year and they still say they can't get the parts. Come on people, this is a machine shop that is supposed to work on engines and their parts. When you finally get your parts or engine back, it's going to be wrong and guess what it's not their fault, it will be your fault and then they will charge you to repair it a second time. Bottom line, they treat the customer like they are bothering them, that you are a moron and don't want your business. So take my advice, give them what they want and take your business elsewhere.
