First time expected better!

Walked in, no one greeted us so we sat down in a booth. ignored for fifteen minutes. I finally walked back to the kitchen where I saw a customer making an order. A small sign on the wall in the kitchen says "place order here" Wow! Don't expect staff to let you know of this unconventional service. Three and a half stars on the pizza and the polite chef. Half star for the bar tender and lack of communication.
