Ben's Budget Cab

(Read everything) I'd recommended just finding someone else or if you Absolutely need to as a last resort if you use this company tell them to pick you up 30 min before the actual time you need to be picked up at. I usually go with this company in Fond du Lac because I've only ever known of them and in the past they got the job done. my car was in the shop so had to take a cab 3 times to & from work 1/3 times they were on time the other two they arrived 10 minutes when I told the driver he said "oh that's not too bad" I mean if you got appointments to go to or want to go home it's a bit bad . Today I asked for driver to be here at 8 I had to work at 8:15pm it's a 7 minute drive to work ( I should have been responsible and asked to be picked up earlier just to be on the safe side) but I thought "what could happen?" Driver shows up 7 minutes late.... Picks me up I'm like OK it happens we could still probably make it in time unfortunately the driver had to pick up another guy so I said OK I'ma be a bit late but at least I'll get there. Then she picks a 3rd person. So now I'm late as hell, the second guy told the driver she can take me to where I need to go first and drop him off after and I appreciated that but the driver still dropped him off first anyways. The Whole time driver was speeding and rushing to pickup/drop being late... Driver was swearing calling the other employees "douche bags" "dick" "annoying piece of Shits" It didn't bother me but I thought that was really akward to be around what am I suppose to reply to that in a conversation there's a reason why they have a low review I see that now. I use like taking this cab over any cab company in town....till they started being late to pick me up even when I’ll make my call 2 or 3 hrs ahead of the me.

Terrible customer service at its finest! So rude when you call and they take 1 hour everytime just to get you a cab in such a small town!

The dispatcher who just answered my call was drunk!!! WHAT?! Had to tell the drunkard my address three times, as if he didn't believe me the first two times. Then, they don't take card by phone. I dread to think how long I'd have waited if they did. Unbelievable.

Been a weekly customer for 4 yrs..never again tho after the dispatcher Had me waiting for 2.5 hrs lastnight before having to call Als taxi. Really hope Ben fires that idiot.

Called about a hour ago and no one has came and the phone does not work now very pissed off called another cab

Driving down highway 151, a gold Grand Caravan Ben's Budget Cab cuts in front of me in the middle of a snowstorm. I had to lock up my brakes and skid hoping I don't crash into it with my 2 kids in the backseat. Luckily didn't get into an accident. After this maneuver, the driver of the cab drives no faster than 40, I go for a pass expecting at least a look of "oops sorry" but got nothing. Called in to make a complaint and didn't get an apology, just a simple "okay I'll pass it along to the boss." Yeah sure, guy doesn't care. Judging by this experience and the other reviews on the yellowpages page, I'm amazed these guys are even in business.

well the guy on the phone when u call was the only good part about them. they take forever and the cab drivers are rude. I hace had a few times where they run stop signs. Not to safe if u ask me. I will never ride with one on bens cab agen.

they r cheap but they dont respect the repeat customer. I have used bens cab many times in the past but tonight will be my last night. I waited one and a half hours for a pick up then wheel started to rattle off the van so i had the driver pull over. i jacked the vehicle up and tightened the lug nuts. then they still tried to charge me $18. that is UNFORGIVEABLE!!!!!!!!
