We spent 10 months, did 2 retrievals and 5 transfers finally I got pregnant! Thanks to the whole crew for making my dream comes true. It was frustrating during the whole process but trust me and Dr.Tsai, you will get rewarded eventually.

Dr. Tsai got to the bottom of our infertility issue that no other doctors could found. Soon after a removal of a polyp in my uterus, we became pregnant. Now 8 weeks pregnant. After failing 7 IVFs and 8 IUIs with other doctors, Dr. Tsai gave us a happy ending on our 4 years long very difficult journey. Thank you Dr. Tsai. We are indebted to you for the rest of our lives.

I have been going to Dr Tsai for more than 15 years. He treated me for fibroids and other medical conditions, as well as helping my husband and I conceive our daughter via IVF and we are now currently pregnant with number 2! Dr Tsai and his staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. He works with you financially and really tries to get to know his patients personally. Whenever I've called with questions or concerns, I've spoken to someone right away or received a call back within a few hours. Having been through the screening process of another Fertility Giant and given the news that I wasn't a candidate was a major blow with time and 6 months wasted that one cannot get back and lets not forget the $$$. But, I was encouraged to push forward and I was given Dr Tsai's number. From the time I saw Dr Tsai to my first try was within 3 months. Dr Tsai is about getting a job done. I can honestly say that despite not being the easiest patient and having many complications, Dr Tsai and his staff ensured I received the best care. I have been getting treatment with Dr. Tsai for a few years. Many ups and downs but he never gave up on me. He found polyps and fibroids that would have prevented me from getting pregnant, and that were not picked up by other doctors. He dug and dug until he found the problem. I am now pregnant finally and I thank him for his patience and understanding. Also for his desire to problem solve and he did.
