        Dr. Wai Ping Chan is a trusted and reputable dermatologist caring for the Flushing, NY community. Dr. Chan obtained her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at Long Beach Medical Center and residency in advanced desert dermatology at Midwestern University. She also completed her internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Plainview Hospital. Dr. Chan is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. She speaks English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Chinese (Cantonese), which makes her accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Dr. Chan is dedicated to helping patients receive the treatment they need so they can enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle.         Quick diagnosis, knows her stuff

        What a difference Dr. Chan was versus virtual doctors. I came in for 2nd opinion after using Teladoc (which did not help). She was able to quickly diagnose my issue and provided explanation as to what had caused it. It was contrary to what the virtual doctors had said. She gave me a prescription, told me what to do and what not to do, and I was on my was. Hope my ordeal will finally be over.
