Shades

My husband have done business with Shades for over 2 yrs now. Fabulous customer service, fabulous selection, great prices & selection on sunglasses. The retail prices for clothing is what's to be expected for these brands. They have great sale prices. I personally met 1 of the owners; she was friendly with great Southern hospitality yet she allowed me to shop. Love Shades!

I recieved a gift for christmas that was purchased at Shades. The gift receipt did not have a date for returns and nothing was said to the person who purchased the gift for me about a final return date. When I called (2 weeks after christmas) to ask about returning the item I was told it was 3 days to late and I could no longer return it. I then asked about recieving store credit and was told NO. So I am now stuck with a $115 sweater that does not fit. They were rude and have no sense of service. I will never do business with them again.
