Friendship Springs Veterinary Care is not the end of a dream nor is it the beginning of a dream. It is merely the end of the beginning of a dream. The opening of this veterinary hospital represents a milestone in my dream of what veterinary medicine can be. By creating a modern veterinary hospital with state-of-the-art equipment in which to practice excellent veterinary medical care, it is my goal and the goals of our staff to provide the best care possible for the health and well-being of our patients, their families, and the general public. We will do this by offering preventive health programs to keep our patients healthy, providing diagnosis and treatment when they are not healthy, enabling their families to make educated health care decisions and good choices for them, educating the public about animal health, care and welfare especially as it concerns human health and well-being, and maintaining our own level of expertise by continuing our own education. We march to the beat of a different drummer than many other

Dr. Cutchin is amazing. I found him with a Google Search when my dog's skin issues became too much for my partner and I to handle. He fixed him up & made me and my baby feel so comfortable while assuring me that I wasn't a terrible pet mom for what was going on. He took the time to answer any and all questions I had and I enjoyed my experience so much that I now bring my cats to him as well. He makes it an amazing experience every time. I had my female cat spayed at his office today and even though they close at 6, when I called at 5:55 with concerns about how she was looking, he and his staff stayed until I got there at 6:20. They were nothing but kind and understanding, luckily nothing was wrong aside from me being over concerned, but I was so grateful at the above and beyond service I recieved. His prices for everything are competitive but even if they weren't I'd continue to go to him. He's great with all my animals and everyone on his staff has been nothing but sweet and complimentary every time. I adore this place and will never go anywhere else as long as he is practicing. Thank you Dr. Cutchin, for making me and my babies feel safe.

If you live even remotely near Flowery Branch this is the place to go if you have a pet who needs help. I don't live near there, but the drive is worth it. They have my business for life. I have never been to another vet clinic like them. Most places are rush them in, rush them out, wham bam thank you ma'am. Not Dr. Cutchin. I went to him for a second opinion after a friend of mine recommended him. I had already spent a ton of money and had gotten nowhere with another clinic that only seemed interested in money. Dr. Cutchin was very thorough and he took all the time I needed to explain what I needed to know about what was going on with my dog, what could be done about it, and what to expect after. And his prices were very reasonable, far better than what I had already spent at the last place where I didn't even get an answer. The bottom line is he saved my dog's life.

Although it has been some time since this initial post was made, I was only recently made aware of its presence. This case bears comment because the owners' claims are patently false. Tthis patient did in fact receive a full physical examination in front of the owner. A tentative diagnosis was made, other possibie diagnoses were discussed, and the owners were told what further tests and treatment would be needed. In spite of being told that the prognosis would be poor without hospitalization for treatment. and good with such treatment, for reasons of their own they decided against our best recommendations. They instead decided to have us provide only temporary treatments. We informed them that while such treatment was only useful in the very short term, that additional care was going to be needed, and that he could worsen quickly, without warning, because of the nature of the disease. This did not sway their decision. Reluctantly, and with their understanding that this would be unlikely to be successful, but was better than nothing, we provided this lesser treatment, we reiterated the need for hospitalization, and they went home with their puppy. I am sorry for their loss, but their puppy's death was not because of inappropriate action or inaction on our part.
