Extremely poor customer service. They seem to have forgotten that the customer's schedule does not revolve around their schedule. They were a no show on the first scheduled delivery (no call, no contact). I had to call them to schedule the next delivery. On the second attempt they seemed to think that more than an hour late was acceptable. They had no concern for the fact that I had to take time off work to be there at the agreed upon time. When I called to ask where they were, the owner told me to take my business elsewhere, which I did for better quality, less money and a feeling that I was appreciated as a customer. I would never go back there under this management (Rick Westbrook and Daneshu Robison) and would not recommend to anyone. Go to Calloway's on 2499 if you want to feel good about your landscaping investment.

Having moved here from PA, I relied on a reference for Rick Westbrook regarding pool construction. I hit the JACKPOT! I fell in love with Rick's hand-on approach and his CONSTANT presence and supervision. From the design stage Rick and Daneshu have been helpful & supportive, always going the extra mile to explain, recommend or demonstrate. I know exactly who's in my backyard at all times, and everyone has been courteous and respectful! Rick's knowledge of the area has been invaluable especially regarding permits & inspections. AND I have one-stop-shopping! Rick has done all my irrigation surrounding the pool & entire back yard, along with all the landscaping! I didn't have to go anywhere else & my project will be completed with every aspect complimenting the other. He even designed a shade arbor per my husband's specifications! Of course, I have added incidentals along the way, & Rick Continues to say "We can do that!" This is my third pool and the BEST experience I've ever had BY FAR!

I've been working with Rick since 2000. He built my pool, cabana, outdoor kitchen, fence, and all of our landscaping. What I like most about Rick is his personal involvement and attention. Rick gets his hands dirty. And he does very high quality work. We've been in our current home for 5 years and have yet to have a problem with any of the equipment or with our landscaping. I wouldnt' consider letting anyone else in my yard. Jason Helal Denton, Tx.
