i felt as if the guy, i believe his name is long,was pushing me to get services that i did not wish to get. Im not sure he understands the meaning of NO. other than that i was completely satisfied with my visit at Bliss and especially enjoyed chatting with the receptionist, their politeness should be greatly recognized.

I enjoy this spa more than any other in Flower Mound. The price is right and the service is great.

Bliss Nail Spa is by far the best nail salon i have been to. The second you walk in you are greeted with a smile, even a name! The staff takes the time to remember your name and even personal things you have previously talked to them about. All of my experiences at Bliss have been very enjoyable and I will continue to refer my friends and family there as well.

Bliss Nail Spa is all that a nail spa should be without any of the negatives. From regular manicures and pedicures to spa services to Professional fills and pink & whites. I have never had as good a massage with a regular mani/pedi! Their spa mani/pedi is off the charts with extras for which you would normally pay extra. I have had friends visit from all over the US and they all return home raving about Bliss and wishing they had a Bliss Nail Spa in their home town. I am so pleased that I can find this professionalism so close to home! Try it and see for yourself.

Poor communication with inexperienced desk help turned into a loud, heated confrontation with the owner of the establishment. I don't know that I've ever been treated so rudely or had such a violent finger-wagging over a few dollars. Bliss my have gotten the money they wanted that day, but never again.

The owner's poor communications skills, shady upselling techniques, and embarassing temper tantrums make this otherwise average nail place a nightmare. With so many other options in Flower Mound/Lewisvile, I will never return to Bliss.

As a first time client, I called to make pedicure appointments for myself and two friends. The receptionist asked if we wanted "spa" pedicures and I replied clearly, "No. We want REGULAR pedicures." Well, unknown to us (again, this was our first visit there, so we had no frame of reference) we were give SPA pedicures. When we challenged the price difference between the regular and the spa at checkout and pointed out that we had specifically made appointments for "regular" pedicures, the owner himself, Long, became involved in a very heated, very loud, very unprofessional argument with us. It was a horrible and unfortunate experience and we will not return nor recommend this business.

My sister-in-law and I have been trying out places locally for the last couple years. We had her bridal services done here last October. This place by far is the best. Nice friendly staff that are attentive and they don't rush you around. Quiet and relaxing, soft dim atmosphere and great music. The best part is the leg & foot rub with the pedicure! Awesome is all I can say. And your feet come out not only beautiful but they are skilled at dealing with problem areas like rough summer heels etc. Definately the best place in town.

Great place to have mani/pedi...always ready to serve clients as friends...run with customer service a top priority.

I have been going to the same people that run Bliss Nail Spa for over 5 years. When you walk in, you are welcomed and you notice a relaxing atmosphere with music and smiles. They have an actual spa room that is separated with dimmed lights, relaxing music and big, comfortable massage chairs. The salon is very clean and everything is always sterilized and packaged. The employees know everyone by name and always greet you when you enter the location. The salon provides a variety of services including designs and cool enhancements for your nails. I would recommend this salon for everyone!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to! The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The owner makes a special effort to learn everyone's name and get to know them on a personal basis. You are always greeted with a friendly smile, and you always leave feeling good about the services you have just received. All my friends and family have been here (including my father and grandfather) and they all have come back saying it was an enjoyable experience!

This is the cleanest, friendliest, and all around best salon in Denton County. The owner knows everyone by name and even gives you birthday gifts. The manicurists can do any design a spider web, a snow flake anything....they specialize in Pink and White. All solar and they have a 10 day guarantee....
