        I was skeptical at first about this business due to its reviews. It was closer to my house and after moving from Chicago I was looking to purchase a mower. I gave them a shot. While the selection seemed to be just Cub or Snapper and some trimmers ect. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and even got a shirt with my mower purchase. Just goes to show though, that despite reviews, it's not always as some people paint the picture to be. Job well done and thanks for helping out a newbie to the area!

        I will always buy a Cub Cadet when it comes to mowers. Salesman was willing to negotiate and the girl at the counter was a doll.

        The. Staff. Including the manager seems to treat everyone in a condescending manner. On the surface, it appears they think the customers are there to service the store vs them servicing the customers. I miss being near crescent springs hardware. They have service products and skill.

        Had to wait 5 weeks to have my lawn mower to be fix (they told me 2 weeks when I brought it ) when I called , the receptionist didn't understand my accent and hang up on me ! Very bad experience !
