        POOR SERVICE

        I CALLED THEM WHEN MY CAR WENT UNDER WATER

        THEY TOWED MY CAR IN, THEN COULDNT FIX IT FOR 2 WEEKS, THEN MY INSURANCE COMPANY MADE ME PAY FOR A TOW TO ANOTHER COMPANT

        Overall

        We use Gray's Towing for our business; they do a great job of communicating their arrival time, they are very careful when loading and unloading and we know that our customers' cars are secure and will not be damaged.
