I moved and sent for my records a month ago! When I called to ask why my new Dr hadn't recieved them the said they use a data service, Healthcare Technologies, and there would be a fee. I called the data service and they said they sent an invoice for $18.50 that day, took their address and mailed a check-never recieved the invoice, After 1 month they finally picked up records but wont put in computer til next day and say they will send by regular mail the next day! Ran out of meds in meantime, called office as new Dr will not see me til he reviews records! Called and asked her to call me something as I am her patient until she relinquishes my records, the pain med she called in was a third of the strength to be taken the same way as the 1 I had been on for over a year. She overcharges both patients and insurance. Waiting time is ridiculous and the concern she shows for her patients is absolutely zero. My dog gets better care from his vet.

If you want to wait for three hours to be seen, then this is the place to go. There is a big turnover of medical assistants at this office (RED FLAG)!!!! When the doctor does finally see you, she can't remember you. She doesn't spend very much time with you and seems preoccupied. In my opinion, she has taken on too many patients, she used to be a good doctor. I will be going elsewhere. Thank you.
