Papa John's - Pizza & Delivery

Customer service was a very pleasant experience. They were helpful and the pizza's were delicious. Just found my favorite pizza place for sure.

AVOID...This location has the WORST customer service and management of any "restaurant" ever. It used to be great until the new management took over. It's a shame as they do make the best pie. Not worth waiting thru screwed-up orders and then a call from the idiot manager wanting to know why you returned the pizza that you didn't order,

Dec,22,2012 placed an order over the phone, and drove there to pick it up, once at the store I found to be a while to get the pizza, Valerie the lady behind the counter was having issues with the computers, waited aproximately 15 minutes along with another gentleman who was there to do the same, all while calls were coming for orders, she was clearly overwhelmed at the same time my food was getting cold, she appoligized for the wait, and without knowing when her computer/cash register would come up she opted to give me the (cold) pizza without charge as well as the gentelman there next to me ,Valerie said here I'm sorry for the wait it's free and have a nice day, I left and when arrived at my home there was a call from the a lady at Papa Johns, this time demanding I give her my credit card number over the phone, My response was that I could not honor someones request for my credit card over the phone so she terminated the call, next a few seconds later another call from the same number this time a male voice claiming to officer John from the Jacksonville police dept. and that I refused to pay therefore criminal charges, and a warrant for my arrest will be issued if I did not make payment, I replied even as I had company in the house I would drive there to settle this matter, once at the store I requested to talk with the manager as the lady Valerie and given me the pizza complentary as a result of their technical problems, the voice of the manager was identical to that of officer JOHN on the phone, I asked him for his name and quickly became reluctant demanding my credit card for payment, again I asked for his name at wich point responding to be Michael Dawson, I payed him and he quicky follwed me out COMUNICATING a verbal threat one inch away from my face, he stated 'I WILL TAKE YOU AROUND THE BACK OF THE STORE AND TAKE YOU OUT" I proceeded to call the police as his intent now had acriminal nature, a police report against this individual is now on file with Clay county sheriffs office as well as a copy of the voice message claiming to be a police officer. PLEASE please stay clear of this restaurant # 0613 at 4315 US highway17 Fleming Is. Florida 32003 I will file claims with the BBB and the chamber of commerce, this sort of behaviour should not be patronised.

NOT from this location. Bad experiences 3 times in a row. Cold pizza, wrong pizza, and BAD customer service.
