My wife thinks they are ok, but I think their ice cream is better then their meals.

Went there last night 10-27-09 to get their hunger buster special for $2.99. It wound up costing $4.39 because they didn't know anything about the special. When I got home my fries were cold and hard like leftovers and my hunger buster was cold fried chicken scraps I guess they called chicken tender bites. Didn't want to drive back so I tried the chicken bites.
I wouldn't feed them to my dog-they had no taste at all. Needless to say I won't be back and don't recommend this place to anyone.

The night crew at Dairy Queen in Bowie, Texas is the laziest, rudest, and most arrogant of any other of the restaurants in this small town. Do they not know that they work at Dairy Queen? They treat their customers like they are stupid and they take them for granted. I have NEVER experienced anything like what happened this evening at the Dairy Queen in Bowie. Not only was the bleach-blonde-obvious-smoker-with-her-head-bobbin'-back-and-forth-talking to me like I was a 10-year-old, but the weeeeotch at the window (WHO MADE THE MISTAKE) bobbed her head at me as well. Let us not forget the girl with the headphones who, along with the other who don't give a crap, didn't bother to tell me (after going BACK thru the line) that window-woman didn't ring up my son's chocolate milkshake either. It's a milkshake, ladies, a milkshake!!! Now I wouldn't be upset if someone would have said, "we made a mistake." What irks me is that noone had the balls or the decency to come to my car and say "sorry." Instead they turned it around like I was to blame. Believe me, I understand mistakes. What I don't understand is the complete lack of respect for a paying customer. Even after talking to the "assistant manager" I didn't get an apology. All I got was the poop treatment. My family and I have about 5 restaurant choices here in Bowie, and we WILL NOT go back to Dairy Queen until it turns over - and it will. Hopefully those snotty woman don't aspire to work at Dairy Queen for the rest of their lives - or do they? Oh and by the way, we drove to Sonic and got a large chocolate milkshake for half the price in a quarter of the time...from a very nice young man who brought it to my car. Thank you, Sonic!!!
