The club is always clean and the staff are friendly. Great value for what I pay considering all the classes and different locations are included. I would like to see more locations across the country since I travel with my job.

Stay Away!!! All they want is to take your money. The current manager, Aaron, is the rudest person I have ever met. He tries to be all nice at first but just wait!! If something comes up, he will absolutely NOT work with you and is really rude about it. So again, please stay away! Look at the other google reviews! This is really a place you should stay away from. Go across the highway to the other place!

Love the facilities but hate the Training scam. They hard sell you on the membership and tell you to sign up then and you have 3 days to cancel. I tried to cancel within the 3 days because my schedule is so unpredictable and told them that when I signed but was again given the hard sell. I made appointment for a trainer but had to cancel the appointment. Called to schedule another appointment and was told only the trainers could schedule their appointments and one would call. Never received a call. I went into cancel membership again but was sold again to keep it and he scheduled my appointment for me. Unfortunately I again had to cancel. This time the front desk wrote the information down to cancel and schedule for the following week. Showed up the next week and found out not only wasn't the previous appointment wasn't canceled nor was the new appointment scheduled. Trainer was supposed to call and never did. So now 3 months have gone by and no training sessions at all. Called to cancel membership again but found out that is impossible since I am past the 3 day signed contract. Had to do the buy out, so all in all 3 months cost $300 and never got to see 1 trainer. Checked on internet and found I am not the only one with this problem. Lots of us out there and all say the same thing about training program . So google LA Fitness Indianapolis and it doesn't take long to find lots of BAD reviews. If you are unhappy with the service or the trainer you have NO OPTIONS. What type of company wants to have unhappy customers just because you signed a contract and force you to continue to pay without trying to resolve problems?
