R & S Resale

I used R&S for a moving sale. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Ron answered all calls promptly or returned them promptly with respect and caring. Very good sale!

The rotten business continues- keep ahold of your contract for your attorney! Still no funds - 3 news channels, BBB, one sheriff county , a Chamber of Commerce and a local police department are trying to help. Robbie W, I hope that you have had some luck.

Unbelievably poor & unethical business practices. Had clearly posted prices for all clothing at sale in numerous places- while standing in line, owner pulls a dress I was holding out of my arms (a sundress) and says oh this is vintage (everything is vintage!) and decides to mark it up right there to 15.00. Unheard of and I have been going to sales for 20+ yrs. Will not be back.

Worst Customer Service Possible. My concerns and questions were answered with sarcasm, laughter, and what I felt as some serious anti-semitism. I would not recomend them if they were the last shop on earth.

I was at one of their estate sales today. I purchased 4 items for a cost of $5. Before I left the area I purchased the items and within a few seconds I found out the clock I bought did not work. I turned around to ask if I could get my dollar back for clock that did not work. I was told No so I asked for the manager who told me If he gave me my dollar back the next person would want their 1 or 5 or 10 dollar back . There was not a crowd wanting their money back. In fact as I was leaving 4 different people told me he should have given me my dollar back . I was polite and it was a silly dollar. I told him to keep his dollar and the clock . It was petty and small of the manager . I usually find estate sales fun with nice people working .... I will steer clear of R and S Estate Sales.

I have bought two pieces from this store and I couldn't be happier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the prices are extremely reasonable. They even delivered the items to my home for a very nominal fee. I consider this place to be a hidden treasure and I have recommended them to all my family and friends.

This is a great store. The guys are very helpful and the things they carry are very nice and good quality. The mattress that I bought is very nice and I am very happy with it.

Ron and Steve are great people to buy from. They offered free delivery for new mattress sets. If you buy something else and have it delivered with your mattress set they will deliver that free with it. They do not try to high pressure or bait and switch. They are honest and straight foward.
