        Overall

        I had to ship a package UPS (shoebox size) from Ferndale to California and was charged over $20! I mentioned that that seemed high but no response. I got home and put the same shipment on UPS.com using the weight and dimensions from my receipt. The website charge was $11.95 !!! I called PakMail and was told that that was the PakMail rate for that package and that I would have been better off printing the label myself! Well, I will surely do that the next time and not ever go back to PakMail again!!!
