I would like to Thank Ben and his team for the wonderful services provided to restore my flooded basement during the August flood. This unprecedented event was a huge surprise for people living in the Detroit area. The morning after the flood, we spent the entire morning calling different service providers to start the clean-up effort. Given that we had a 10 months old baby in the house, we needed the clean-up done right away. When we contacted Dunlap Construction, they referred us to Ben and his team at Guardian Recovery Service. Ben understood our situation with the baby and immediately deployed a team of 3 to our house within the hour. His team was very professional and diligent when it came to the clean-up effort. Ben called later that day to check-in on the progress. Knowing he was on vacation that week in California and dealing with continuous calls for his service, we really appreciated him taking the time to check-in with us. Following the restoration, he assisted us in filing the claim with our insurance agent, and with state and federal government. My overall experience with Guardian Recovery Service exceeded by expectations and would confidently recommend their service to others knowing they deliver great results.
