Slice of Heaven Bakery

5:50 on a Friday night I wanted a scoop of ice cream. The employees did not want me there and made it very clear. They close at 6 pm, 2 other people were in the shop and we're also receiving terrible service. We ordered 2 waffle cones each with 2 scoops of ice cream. Tried 3 different flavors. All were either frost bitten or had the thick syrupy globs in it you get in old ice cream. Gross. $4.29 plus 75c extra for the waffle cone. We also got one chocolate long John donut. Hard, crusty, and needed to be thrown away, not sold. I was truly looking forward to a "hand dipped" ice cream as there aren't too many places around to get it. Very disappointing. I will not be wasting my money there again. (I would not give this place a star, but it would not let me submit without at least a 1 star rating)

I drove by the bakery on my way home from work one day and thought "That place looks awesome" After all, I enjoyed the previous bakery was there.. After feeling rushed by a poorly kept woman, I decided on buying cream horns, cream puffs, and Eclairs. Every one of these things were disgusting. One of my cream horns was molded on the bottom. The Eclairs were soggy, and The cream puffs had dried whipped cream in them. that was my last time going there.

We held a fundraising even for a family member with a traumatic brain injury..Slice of Heaven donated a cake for us! The cake was the best I ever had!!! People at the event were commenting on the quality being so good! I would recomment Slice of Heaven to anyone!.. Thanks again for your generousity!!!

Best bakery in town. Friendly staff, excellent products and the cakes are not just beautiful but taste wonderful. You have to try the red velvet or the carrot cake. And the donuts are the best I have tasted on St Louis. Gooey butter cakes are excellent.

Purchased a birthday cae for my daughter. The decorating was beautiful. The best part was not only was it beautiful but absoutely delicious. Cakes, cookies, pies and oh such wonderfu donuts. My new favorite stop.
