Overall

I would have never considered writing a review for a library, nor have I written one previously for anything else, but I am upset enough about their disrespect, led by their Director, Sue Consadine, that I felt the need to do this. I was in printing copies for something I was working on, and toward the end their copier/info to copier from computer malfunctioned. They had to reset it and stated they did not know how long it had been down, or where the job left off, so amt of copies actually made was not known. It was not something I could tell at the time, because I was printing off over 200,and they were all different. When the job was done, it was approx $29.00 for the copies, at .10 cents each. Upon getting home I sorted through and organized, and saw that I had 54 ($5.40) extra copies, that were duplicates and triplicate of what I had made. I went back in the next day with the extras and was met by someone different. Let me.say, the staff on the first day was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The person I was met by the next day, not soo much. She was very cold and dismissive, and had zero customer service skills. After speaking with her, she went to speak to someone about the situation. Upon return she very flatly told me there's nothing she can do. I asked for her supervisor, for the refund but also due to her attitude, and she gave me a number for the Executive Director, Sue Consadine. I was told she was in, but would not speak with me and that I needed to call and make an appt. I then called while standingetting there. Her secretary told me to also make an appt., and took my name and number and said Sue would be calling me back. Days later I had still received no call, so I called and left vm. When I received a vm back, Sue apparently believes there's one side to a story, and very rudely said in the msg that if I wanted to speak with her, it was up to me to call her. Again, I already had and her secretary had stated she'd have her call me. When we finally made contact, I started off by thanking her for the return call, and trying REPEATEDLY to give my side, as she said her staff had all come together, written statements and given their account of what had happened, and Sue interjected herself into my explanation and once again became rude and defensive. I asked her more time than I can count to let me finish, and she never once did. She constantly talked above me, and at me, but not to me. She told me she heard enough and would talk again with her staff. I again said there was more to the story as I didn't even get to speak, she did not even let me finish saying that. I have never in my life been met with such a high level of unprofessionalism, and had my questions answered after speaking with her, as to why her staff member is able to treat people equally as disrespectfully. They lead by example. Sue continued barking into the phone as I hung up. Disgusted is an understatement, and they can keep my $5.40 and maybe buy a book on manners with it. If I could have written this with no "stars" highlighted, I would have.
