Ski's Auto World Inc

So disappointed! After a collision with a rather large animal, my insurance directed me to this repair shop. My former boss used them and told me about the wonderful experiences she has had over the years with Ski's. Wow, she must be one of the lucky ones because this was NOTHING but a hassle. The repair was supposed to take 3 days, but it took 10 days. Ski's was paid electronically the day after our estimate (per my insurance company), we made an appointment for 20 days out and guess what, they didn't order the parts! The reason for all the delays were because they were waiting on a parts. Really? Then I mentioned an issue we had with our vehicle at our estimate appointment and then again when I dropped off the vehicle. I was told this "issue" was a safety feature on my vehicle and that nothing was wrong with it. I have been the only owner of my car for almost 100,000 miles and it had NEVER done it prior to the collision. I contacted my insurance company after they told me that the repairs would be under warranty and for me to take it to another mechanic when they were done to have them fix it. SERIOUSLY? My insurance company was able to have the vehicle sent over to the dealership, where they did INDEED find a problem and repaired it on the spot. Now I have had the car for less than two days and I drove at night for the first time, only to find my headlamps are not aligned properly and I cannot see the road in front of me in the dark! I had my son in the car with me and I COULD NOT SEE! Even my high beams didn't work well. I will not under any circumstances bring my car back to Ski's for repairs. I cannot believe they have a partnership with such a good insurance company.
