This is the worst post office ever. The mail carriers are the laziest people I have ever seen. They are too lazy to get out of their trucks when I receive a certified letter. They sit outside and honk and if I don't get out quickly they drive off. They are too lazy to put packages by the front door. Today the carrier left a package sitting on my sidewalk and it got wet when it rained. Last week, he/she left a package on top of my trash can. I'm actually amazed, though, that they actually delivered to my house. Most times they drop packages off at the wrong houses and I have to file claims. The Postmaster said he would talk to them but nothing ever improves.

This post office delivered a package that I was waiting on to someone else's house and got a signature that wasn't mine. When I went to the post office for the third time to see what could be done, the supervisor talked to me very rude and told me he was the one who put it in my mail box and that I was a liar. (Although he didn't know how he got the signature.) He told me that it was at my house he was sure of it. So not only was I called a liar, but a thief too. Even the person in a leadership position doesn't have the brains to match up numbers and letters right so people will get what they paid for! Very rude!

Worst Customer Service Ever!! Unbelievably Slow, and INCREDIBLY Rude Postal Workers! The Asian Women are the WORST and I am NOT a Racist!! Drive the distance into Riverdale or Jonesboro.. Atleast the Customer Service there is 5 star.. And, these workers care about their jobs and the customers! NEVER AGAIN!! Shut it down, Fire them all and Start NEW!!
