Meredith is the only vet in Fayette that I trust to care for our pets. She is always very thorough and caring. The absolute best !

Never got to see the vet. Receptionist is the most rudist person I've ever met. As soon as I told her my vet was closed she became a #1 witch. I would never go to this office ever. I'll travel a 100 miles before I ever step foot back in that office. Thanks for nothing. You need a new receptionist.

I so very much agree with Hope F. The doctor may be a great person with a great attitude I've never met her but her receptionist needs MAJOR personal training. She was very, very rude and caused the clinic my business.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. The woman who answered the phone was a bitch. My dog has been sick with parvo all week and my original vet was closing for the week to go out of town so I needed to find another vet to take her to. She told me you need to take her to ur original vet and I told her they were closing for the week and I get a "I can ask the vet but not til after we're closed but I know for a fact we can't take her today and I don't even know if she's taking new patients". She got my name and number but I'm betting this bitch doesn't even bother to call me back.

Dr. Newton has always been caring and compassionate, but she has a receptionist that is incredibly rude. We had use this clinic for our dog and when he became old and arthritic and finally went down and could not get back up, we called them to have him put down. He was suffering and could not get up to even take care of elimination needs. We called the clinic first thing the next morning and asked if we could bring him in to be euthanized and I was told "No m'am, you can not". ........ I enquired further and was told that they were busy the whole day and we would have to make an appointment. I explained that we could not predict when the dog would go down and she responded that we still could not come because we did not have an appointment. No compassion - no offer of their first available time slot. Just no you cannot come. We were fortunate to find another vet in town whose office had enough compassion to allow us to come even though they had never seen our dog. That's where we will

My pet was in labor and had ...

My pet was in labor and had delivered one puppy and her labor stopped. After calling my vet and asking what to do and what the options were a friend who was visiting told me to call this place that she had used them in the past and was pleased with their services. I made the call and was shocked at the coldness in the womans voice but even more shocked when she told me I should just take my pet to the vet who had been treating her. She never ask me if my pet appeared to be in distress, pain or appeared to be in danger. The woman's tone of voice was cold and rejective and made me feel like all she was interested in was making sure they got out of there on time that Saturday. I wanted options for the treatment of my pet and a little more knowledge of the situation and instead was totally rejected. They must be good, because they sure dont appear to need additional patients. I try to do what best for my pet's health as I would if for myself or family. I weigh my options and get 2nd opinions with my own health care and feel that I should take the same interest in my pets care. I personally am glad that I called 1st because I am afraid had I just gone in and they treated my pet she wouldnt have received the care, concern AND compassion she needed.
