We called and requested for our service to be re-scheduled, however the tech supposedly came and serviced the house anyway. When we received the bill I called to tell them that I refused to pay, because they did not do a full service. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the owner, yet have never received
a call from him. I have been trying to get them to stop sending me a bill for this yet they continue. Furthermore they have never solved the problem they were originally hired for. So much for the money back guarantee. T Urban Flora Vista NM
My wife and I live close to the river and forest areas. In the past we have had a serious pest control problem until we started using PestTechs.
