Very rude management. NOT FAMILY ORIENTED...Very nasty when talking to you about anything concerning your apt/rent/etc. I had a broke stove for 2yrs because they didnt want to replace it yet Been here for 4yrs. Thin walls you will alwsys heas r your neighbors. On 3 occasions they came into my apt without permission. I bared though the horrible experience here with a newborn saving up for a house. Please dont think this is the place to call home. I wished i would've listen to reviews first. Get renters insurance if u plan on moving here. The lower level apts were flooded in the winter of November 2015. The free water perks is false...the water heater is old and outdated you will have no hot water til maintenance(their handyman) comes in the next 3day. Heavy Mold in the lower apt levels. Because of the mold my doctor filed a letter for us to move asap. Please dont let these people fool u its not a good place to live. God Bless on your search.

Stay Away-rude, uncooperative management, poor conditions throughout, grounds are not kept up. poor maintainance, fire and security issues. Avoid at all costs.

The apartment Newport Creek off eight mile road is terrible. I applied there and was told that my holding refundable fee would be returned to me wether I moved in (deducting it from rent) or in my hand, if I was not to move in.

I called to get my refundable $75 and now they clam they told me it was only refundable if I moved in. Total lie. This lady is foriegn and needs to learn how to communicate with American's if that is the case. I know what was told to me. They steal peoples money.
