        Walked off our job WITH ALL OUR MONEY with only about 60% complete. Empty promises of finishing it. I ended up having to hire someone else to finish it. Cost me an extra $12,000 that I'll never see again after repeated attempts to recuperate. He left our house completely dysfunctional and we have 3 little girls, 5yrs, 3yrs, and 1yrs old! Absolutely no soul...
