I met the owner over 6yrs ago. I was had very bad health,depressed and over weight.she was knowledgeable of everything i needed.. she wouldn't sell me

A single herb. She put me on a regiment,set me up with a colonic and then put me on a cycle of detoxification...It's 6 yrs later and I've lost 62 lbs my cholesterol levels are great. And I've been with her every since! Thank you Andrea and Jacob herbs staff!!

Owner is very knowledgeable of the herbal supplements that I purchased. In reading the few reviews posted, the comment of being lazy is funny. How could she be lazy and staying in business of 14 years, with all the people that she helps on a daily basis, there is no way she would have last this long in Fairview Hights. There are all type of critics out there looking for negative slander, be ware! Only one or two a year, whoa, hang on in there, you are doing a GREAT JOB IN THIS COMMUNITY. Laugh and Bless the haters!!!!!!!!!

I'm very happy with with service there, I'm going threw the reviews and I see one customer returned twice and saying negative things!! What's the definition of lazy, and I been a customer for 10yrs plus!!!

I've used this shop for years for vitamins, supplements, colon cleansing etc I even recommended the colon cleanse to a coworker who had no complaints as well. Owner is always friendly and knowledgeable of products.

Owner was verbally abusive to me. Made very nasty comments about me personally. Talked abt how unfriendly people in the area are. Very rude.

do not visit this place unless you wan the typical LAZY SERVICE. The vitamins are overpriced and the owner is LAZY. I needed something that I needed for my chicken pox and she told me to come back tomorrow? They are open Monday Thru Sat 10 - 6 I was there on friday at 3pm. How can a business owner act like this towards a regular customer ??. I spend $200 dollars a month on Hydrotherapy and the essentials need for my chicken pox. I do not support LAZY people and neither should you
