Goodwill Stores

Had the worst costumer service at the Fairview heights, Illinois Goodwill. Bridget, was rude to me when I asked her what she said. I did not hear her tell me to wait a few minutes before I swiped my debit card. See, I may not look disabled but, I am and I have MS and can not hear very well. Not only did she repeat to me with unprofessional attitude, she said " I said...in a loud and rude and obnoxious way, you have to give it a minute! " then she proceeded to yell at the other customers in line behind me and said very rudely and unprofessional "you guys do realize there is another cash register open!. It's not what she said, it's how rude and unprofessional she said it. The customers in line yelled back at her " we know" . It was very OBVIOUS she did not want to be on a registrar. She tossed all 4 of my glass figures into a bag without wrapping any of them in paper to keep them from breaking, it was apparent she was not there to help her customers. There was another cashier with short blondish hair on the other registrar she gave Bridget a dirty look for saying what she did to us customers. This women (Bridget) was beyond unprofessional, I am very surprised that Goodwill would ever employ someone with these kind of work ethics. Very disappointing to see. 12/27/2016.

very good prices. not alot of variety and you really have to look at clothes closey. some have stains. it is priced right with the average price being 2-3 dollars per item.
