        My experience here started out fine and just got worse to a point of "no return" literally. I had implants and some other cosmetic surgery here 3 years ago. Most of the teeth affected during surgery are so sensitive now that I can't drink cold or warm water without serious discomfort. I waited thinking the sensitivity would go away but it only got worse. This is where the HORROR began. I complained to the dentist (Wayne Schecht) and he resorted to strong defense claiming it wasn't their problem and all he could do to help further was grind my other good teeth further, hence more sensitivity. I declined that unacceptable suggestion for a treatment. Then the abutment of the implant broke. This time, they did everything they could do avoid seeing me. Again, the surgery was done less than 3 years ago and I think I deserve some sort of warranty and respect after spending over $9K. "Dr." Wayne said no warranty. Now, I have to shell out hard earned money for repairs by a true professional. I even told them I would sue them for racial discrimination since it started to look very much like that and they said "do what you want"?! The word doctor is starting to lose meaning if people like him hold the same title.

        I have helped shut down bad businesses like this in the past with my complaints to necessary authorities and I will continue to do that as my little contribution to make the world a better place. I started by convincing one their customers not to return already. There are better dental offices around them and a little farther out throughout northern VA. Please, skip these rude and negligent bigots who care for nothing but your money for the next dentist and you'll be glad you did.
