I received spectacles after a weeks delay with a scratch on the lense. It has been 3 weeks and the replacement is yet to come. The doctor called me 10 days ago to tell me that the wrong side had been made. It a further 2 weeks now and when I called they still don't know what happened. There complete lack of transparency here. This is my first experience at an optometrist here. Sad one

I have very heavy prescription and normally it will take 3 weeks to get my glasses. However, Visual health were able to give me my glasses in 1 week. Overall my experience is great. They will work and accomodate your needs as much as possible wich is great.

My experience at Visual Health has been one of the least troublesome experiencies when it comes to shopping for glasses and contacts. The promotions offered are excellent even when compared to popular franchise optical companies. The opticians are helpful and attentive. They found what I wanted and offered suggestions; in all; they made my descision an easier one which, for me, was highly appreciated since I had to do little to no thinking. I highly recommend giving this office a visit!
