Excellent experience all-around! Responsiveness, quality of work, answering a LOT of questions, prompt, friendly, it was all good. I had a 2 inch stucco crack on one side of the house because of poor quality work when the house was flipped. The repair looks great! And I know a lot more about stucco, wire, paper...:)

I had HomePro do some stucco work for us prior to getting our house painted. A handy man had originally patched the stucco some years ago. The guys from HomePro found that the original patches that were done had been done totally wrong and if left as is would have caused leaking and more damage to the house. They fixed everything the appropriate way and now we don't have to worry about it anymore. They guys showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up and were very professional. It was a good experience.

Working with HomePro was a tremendously positive experience. We had a fairly substantial leak that caused extensive dry rot and water damage. Matt explained the process and set expectations upfront. His crew was that great combination of highly skilled and customer-focused. The end result was superb. If you have issues with leaks, don't call anyone else. These guys are that good.

We were one of the unlucky leakers this year after all the rain. We had lost three months working with a group of contractors that didn't know what the problem was and to add insult to injury some didn't show up or call us back! After all the rain we had this year we developed a leak. on the landing. We had several different people come out and take a look, a roofer said there wasn't a problem. We had the people who installed the window tell us there wasn't anything wrong with the window, and we had a person who deals in leaks tell us to drill holes in the wall and that would fix the problem, WRONG until Matt came out and looked at the leak I had lost hope of ever getting my house back together, His men were so professional and NEAT, I was pleased to put it mildly. If you ever have a leak call Home Pro they know what they are doing and do it quickly!

With all the rain and winds we had earlier this year my kitchen window was leaking and the window company that had originally installed the window came to see where the leak was coming from, they cut out some of the interior drywall as well as some of the outside stucco around the window then they told me it wasn't the window leaking it was the stucco and they don't repair stucco, they told me I needed to call a stucco guy to fix it. I've never had to repair stucco so I looked on Home Adviser and found Matt at HomePRO, Matt came out right away to look at the damage and told me what needed to be done. Matt was knowledgeable and up front about the work to be done and gave me a written quote I was able to use for my Insurance company. Matt said his crew would start at 8 AM and I was pleasantly surprised when they actually showed up on time every day for several days. We have used HomePro for a different project in the past, so when we had a leak in our house this time, hiring them again was a no brainer. Matt and his team not only addressed the main source of the leak, but they found several other issues throughout, including rotted facia boards and deteriorated paper under roof tiles. We also had extensive stucco cracks...the list went on and on. We were placed on a two month wait list due to high demands, and like clockwork, repairs commenced in the anticipated timeframe. We had what originally appeared to be just a leak in a transom window over the French doors leading out to our back yard that we felt was caused by the driving rain and windstorm of the prior evening. After calling in a window repair person, we were informed that we had a leak somewhere above the windows and that we should call in a leak tracing company called HomePro. After reading the reviews of HomePro on the web, we gave them a call to come out and assess our situation. Matt Stevenson came out to do the inspection. Matt was professional and knowledgeable and confirmed that we had a leak caused by a lack of flashing above the window and would need not only a window replacement, but also a determination of the source and magnitude of the leak. In fact, he said that there were chances that we would find that there had been water leakage for a long time before it finally evidenced at the window. After receiving a bid to do the window replacement, the replacement of a side garage door and a quote for time and materials for whatever repairs were needed from the determination of the leak path, we accepted and were put on a wait list of approximately 6 weeks, which was exactly how long we waited. Once the work began, we were constantly kept informed by Matt and his onsite project manager of progress and discovery. The whole process from start to finish ended up taking almost 9 full workdays. Each day, the crew arrived at 8 am on the dot and at the conclusion of each day, never before 5 pm, the crew would leave the work area cleaned up and usable to us. It was clear that all involved were proud of the quality and the result of their efforts. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and the reasonableness of the ultimate cost.

We have all read and heard horrible stories regarding general building contractors. I can assure you that HomePRO are not like that. Matt returned my call within 24 hours of my first contact and was very pleasant. He explained/described in detail over the phone what would be involved to replace a leaking window and even provided an estimate. I contacted other contractors for estimates and in the end I made the decision to go with HomePRO, and I am sure glad that I did. What put them at the top of the list is that they will locate and repair the source of the leak and do a water test after the repair. They are professionals that take pride in their work, they are friendly, and they tidied up at the end of each day before leaving. I was amazed that the stucco texture and color was matched so well that you can barely notice the difference. I was also very pleased that Matt was quick to respond to any questions/issues that I had during this project. HomePRO repaired a hole in my stucco created when I had my plumbing redone. Matt was very professional and polite, and explained what work was necessary in terms I easily understood. The finished product was high quality. I am adding HomePRO to my list of companies I will work with again when there is a future need.

Matt came out personally to my house to inspect a water leak in the stucco/gutter and provide me a bid for the work. He was very professional and the communication was exceptional. The workers that showed up for the repair came on time and repaired the leak. Everything was done better than I expected and the stucco work looked great. Home pro gave me a great price. Over the last several years, we've used Matt and his team for repairs and maintenance on our house after losing a longtime trusted contractor and going through a phase of kissing many frogs before we found HomePro. They come out when they say they are going to. You get very accurate information about what the situation is going to entail and what issues might lie under the surface. And then the work is done well and on time. Matt and his team has worked on many issues at our house over about the last three years and we have been 100% satisfied.

My wife and I purchased our forever home on May 31, 2016. Why wife hired a contractor that charged us a small fortune and didn't complete the job. I hired HomePro in October 2016 to repair my fractured stucco exterior. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were able to take care of all of my needs. They pointed out several things that needed immediate attention and put my fears to rest about what other contractors and home inspectors told me I needed to repair. They were willing to do everything I asked however some things would have been a waste of money. HomePro took care of some interior needs too. They are not the least expensive contractor to hire but knowing the employees are paid well, all permits are obtained, and they pay worker's comp insurance, eased my mind about the cost. All the work was completed within two weeks. I put off making this review to give a few months of weather to impact their work. I am proud to say my house is like new although it was constructed in 2002. I highly recommend HomePro for all of your home repair needs. I already have a few more jobs my wife wants completed. I will hire Matt Stevenson's HomePro for my new jobs just as soon as I recover from Christmas expenditures.

We had just bought a home and noticed there were some cracks in the stucco. Matt came out and did a full assessment of the cracks, looked at all of the windows inside and out to see if there was water damage, and basically did a full assessment of the exterior including pointing out some fascia board issues on the eves, sills and other minor but important items to tend to. His team did a great job on all of the repairs. I would highly recommend HomePro and will certainly use them again if I ever have a need.

When I started to get windows on the rear of my house replaced due to leaks the company I had contacted wouldn't touch them due to so much damage to my walls, etc. So, I contacted HomePRO and Matt came out at the appointed time. He gave me an estimate of costs with the warning that there may be additional costs if he found more damages than what was obvious. Unfortunately there was much more damage! They were here promptly at 8 AM every day for the next 4 weeks. They worked diligently leaving no earlier than 4 PM daily. When the job was completed you could not tell that anything had ever been done. The paint matched the rest of the house, the new texturing matched perfectly and they cleaned up and removed all debris. You could not even tell that anything had been done to my place. It was a very expensive repair but it was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them any time. They were professional and very polite and honest. Several days I had to leave and I felt perfectly comfortable leaving the door open so they could work inside as required.

We called HomePro to take an exterior survey of our stucco home and, believe me, it was worth every penny. All of the exterior issues from stucco, to paint, even our backyard pergola were identified and listed in a written report. The information we obtained from Matt was invaluable as I learned a lot about different types of stucco and how it should be repaired properly to prevent the reappearance of the same problem in the same spot a few years later. He also explained how to screen out other vendors with sketchy backgrounds and a history of violations against their license. I'd like to take a moment to thank HomePro for the outstanding work they performed prepping and painting of our home. HomePro was a little high priced, but well worth the cost. Matt and his crews were very thorough in their preparation, to include replacement of dry wrought found. They replaced two doors, repaired cracked stucco and insured all molding were in good condition before painting. Matt and his crews were courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day.
