Effie Filippou's Twisted Pizza

Friday at 620pm I called to have apizza ddelivered. T hey said ok it will be do 45 min. After an hour. I called back here is my food. It will be there shortly. I was told. After another 20 minutes goes by I call asking them to void the payment. I said im not paying for cold pizza. I was told they cant void transactions. Then I asked for a manager. I was told there was not a manager at night. I said fine ill call my bank and stop payment. All of a sudden a manager gets on the phone. And voids it out. I was lied to three to.e from them. And they tried to pull o ne over my eyes. They treated me with no respect.

If you are busy or short handed tell them on the phone. Then tell them it will take an hour and twenty minutes. Give the customer the opportunity to puck it up. Dont lie to the consumers. Not cool. Never eating there food again.

I love their pizza and deliver time also the price is much better when this done by the owner

Terrible service. Ordered two times. First time they forgot to make my order. Second its been two hours and 15 minutes they have been to my house twice and the order still isn't correct.



NEVER AGAIN THEY ARE LUCKY IF THEY EVEN STAY IN BUSSINESS.

Have eaten there twice. First time we ordered Greek salad which was wonderful and a cheese pizza which was awful. Second time, we got two cheese pizzas that was awful again. Stay away from the pizza.

Too greasy and thick. Takes too long.

Just opened and off to a great start. Excellent meatball grinder.
