The mechanics at Top Spec didn't just give me a quote and expect me to take their word for it. They took me to my car, started it up and showed me exactly what was wrong. While I waited, the owner was the perfect host. He served me tea and some wonderful treats from Asia. The repairs took longer than anticipated due to the age of my car. I tried to give the mechanics each a $20 tip for staying late, and they refused.

When did you ever see someone turn down a tip that was well deserved? I'm 57 years old, and I have never experienced this level of customer service and hospitality before.

They are very honest and knowledgeable. I bring the car to couple different place, and Top spec give me the best price. And they are very patient and explained to me very details and my questions. Highly Recommended. I am glad I check with them, otherwise I will get ripped off by the mechanic shop down the street.
