Don't trust them... These guys destroyed our expensive large format HP printer. They clearly didn't have the expertise to work on the printer, the service person had never seen one, but he still took it with him anyway with the promise that it would be returned the next day. They promised it would be fixed in a day and then after the weekend and then after a couple more days. They also said they wanted full payment upon return of the printer. That really took alot of nerve because after a week of me constantly checking with them, they finally admitted they couldn't fix it and just brought it back. The service person said they wouldn't charge us because they couldn't fix it. Big deal! it was actually "more broken" than when they took it. When they took it, it had an unexplained paper jam error message. When they returned it, it wouldn't boot back up at all. I guess that isn't really surprising because we just had someone else look at it and it looks like they fried the works.

My pc crash and installed a new hard disk of the same capacity (20GB).Setup my pc with OEM's system recovery disks. Everything back to normal except my Drive A (floppy disk) unable to read any diskettes. Message shows "System unable to read the specified device". Then someone told me about drivesavers salvage data, to recover hdd. Thanks to salvage data.

I have a Maxtor One Touch II that I've been using as an external HD ("f" Drive)... I use it for all of my photos in a My Pictures folder; all of my CDs in a My Music folder; and archived data files. A couple of weeks ago I saw an error message telling me that some file with a string of question marks on my f drive was corrupt, and for me to run chkdsk. Thanks salvage data, they helped me out.

These Guys really know there stuff. Fast! Reliable! I have had them work on our Company equipment for over 10 years and there rates have never changed. THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!

I was impressed by the quickness and competence they had in fixing my dinosaur of a printer. They new just where to get the cartridges that I needed (none of the stores carry them anymore) they were helpful and great with service.

These guys are amazing! They came out and carried my machine in when I drove over and fixed my printer in 2 minutes! When I pulled out my checkbook they said not to worry about it. I paid them anyway, of course. I'll never go anywhere else for equipment repair!

Fairly or unfairly, service businesses often gain a reputation for overselling and slow work; but not The Printer Guys! They picked up, fixed, and delivered my printers when I needed them -- not just when they could get time to fix them. They made time for me and made me feel like their most important customer. Their skills and experience allow them to solve problems quickly and economically. I intend to use The Printer Guys for all of my printer and fax needs.

Great service! Al came and picked my HP laser printer up for me at work, brought it to their shop, inspected it, fixed it, and delivered it back to my office. Easy and smooth business transaction. No hassels. They even delivered it to my office after they were closed! Definitely will recommended. Very reasonable price, better than many competitors. Thanks!
