Horrible Employees, tacky unoriginal product. I was in the Everett Store about mid afternoon on a weekday. The only two employees in the store were a chubby red head girl and a bearded homeless guy in skinny jeans. First off neither looked liked they worked in fashion or at Hot Topic. Skinny jeans on big guys a huge no no especially when his dirty holey underpants are showing out the top. Is that fashion? The female was also wearing skinny jeans which did not flatter her chubby figure and a hoodie. I felt as though I was inconvienencing the two and intrrupting their social time. I was also being watched like a hawk possibly due to me and my friends appearances. We all have tattoos and piercings and dressed in all black. I would say Dressed in HT apparel but the items in the store lack creativity and uniqueness. HOW MANY SUGAR SKULLS AND VESTS CAN YOUR BUYERS PURCHASE?!!!! I hate to think that your customer base gets treated like thieves just for walking in. I also felt very uncomfortable by the way they hovered and kept asking what i was shopping for. Note to your corporate office hire people who are pleasant attentive(not pushy or hovering), dress the part and who dont discriminate against those whow this store is supposed to cater to. I can find most of the looks this company sells for way cheaper at Wet Seal, Rue 21, Forever 21, Target and claires to name a few. I am dissapointed with the direction of this store and will not return until i at least see a change in management.
