Circle auto was the most pleasant surprise. They educated me, saved me money, and did excellent work on my car. This is a family owned business and there's a lot of pride and concern about their reputation. I'm a woman with a Mercedes and I confess I was worried about being taken advantage of. I didn't want to use my insurance because I was concerned about being surcharged by my insurance company. Circle Auto explained why I wouldn't be subject to a surcharge because of the nature of the accident. They explained my options with and without insurance and then encouraged me to get other quotes. The experience was so refreshing. They seemed as at home with me, someone who knows nothing about cars, as someone who appeared to be a veteran of cars. It didn't take me long to decide to work with them and I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs auto body work. They're honest, helpful, low-pressure, and excellent at repairs. I give them five stars easily.
