        I bought a pair of tires for my yard cart at Walmart only to have one go flat. After attempting to reinflate it for half an hour, the Walmart tech told me either the tire or the rim was defective and that I should contact the tire manufacturer. Instead I left it at Barnett’s and picked it up the next day, mounted and inflated with no problem. The cost was minimal.
